F.A.Q.

1. I have health issues that prevent me from exercising intensely. Will this program still work for me?  

I was in the same boat, and the only exercise I did while on my soulful weight loss journey was going for gentle daily walks. It all comes back to your energetic vibration, and exercise or no exercise, you can still lose weight (which is exactly what you’ll learn how to do inside this course).

2. I've been struggling with my weight for so long. Can things really change?

When it comes to losing weight, your body is your own best friend. It has built-in systems for burning fat, boosting your metabolism, and healing itself.  

When you learn how to activate these processes via your vibration, things can shift rapidly. I’m not saying it will happen overnight, but if you stick with it, the inner work will be worth every minute.

3. Do I get immediate access to all of the course materials?

I don’t know of many programs that approach weight loss from an internal, energetic perspective. There are courses and programs that focus on nutrition, dieting, and exercise, but manifesting weight loss just isn’t covered at the extent it needs to be. Hey! I’m Krista. After struggling with my weight for years and gaining 30 pounds when I became an entrepreneur, I finally had a breakdown and knew that something had to change. 

I committed to losing 30 pounds by the end of the year and tried everything I could think of to make it happen: eating less, cutting out sugar, working out twice a day… but the weight wasn't coming off.
